Refunds

How we handle refunds, who bills you, and where to get help. Short answers first; detail below in the same card style we use for quotes on the homepage.

Refund requests

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. This applies to subscription fees and any other paid products or services offered through the site, unless a mandatory consumer right in your jurisdiction says otherwise (we still recommend reading this page and your receipt carefully).

Choosing a plan means you agree to these terms for billing. If you are unsure whether the product fits your needs, use the pricing page and free browsing before you subscribe.

Merchant of record

All charges on your card or payment method appear from Code Insights Ltd, our billing entity. That is the name you should expect on bank statements and invoices.

For anything related to receipts, failed payments, or subscription status, email us using the address below and include the email you used to sign up and the approximate date of the charge.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you choose (for example monthly or annual) until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund time you have already paid for.

You can cancel from your account or billing settings in line with the product flow at the time you subscribed. If you cannot find the option, contact support and we will point you to the right screen.

We may change prices or features with reasonable notice where our terms allow. Continued use after a change can mean the new terms apply to your next renewal.
